We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2:00pm (AEST). In January while we introduce new products some orders may be sent from two separate locations.
If you have not received your items within 7 working days, please contact us with your order number. We have unfortunately been impacted by COVID isolations and delivery delays. Please be assured we have introduced a new delivery partner in January to help smooth out these delays as best as possible.
Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may have been redirected to the post office and you have been left a calling card; or left at a safe location at your address.
Please check your tracking to locate your parcel. If your parcel has been redirected to your local post office, you can collect your parcel with a Photo ID.
We currently only ship to Australia and the United States.
